Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Mike invite Walter Katz to talk about measurements BIRDs
  - No reply yet, probably busy until after DesignCon.

- David draft a BIRD to clarify [Model] Vinl/Vinh
  - This probably should be suspended after IBIS open forum discussion.
  - Bob: Xilinx example may not have shown the problem well.
  - Keep this AR until David is present.

New items:

- Kim: Manfred Maurer from Siemens spoke with Kim and David.
  - Manfred suggest that Siemens is having trouble maintaining the web pages:
    http://ibis.siemens.com/
  - Eckhard is at NSN, which is separate from Siemens.
  - Who is the owner to give permission to copy the pages?
    - Eckhard: not sure
  - Bob: Manfred asked about this at the summit.
  - Mike: Who would clean the pages up to remove "Siemens"?
    - Siemens may not have the budget for this

AR: Eckhard investigate Siemens web page ownership

Continued review of IQ spec:

5.2.22.	{LEVEL 3} [Receiver Thresholds] Vinh_dc, Vinl_dc present and match data sheet, if needed
- We agreed that this looks OK as-is.

5.2.24.	{LEVEL 3} [Receiver Thresholds] Tslew_ac/Tdiffslew_ac present and match data sheet, if needed
- These are rarely seen.
- We edited this check for clarity during the meeting.
